Who we are

A coalition of local business owners, workers and neighbors who care deeply about Sitka’s future. We support local jobs that strengthens our economy, and funds the services Sitkans rely on every day. We believe in open conversation, practical solutions and a shared vision: a vibrant, family-friendly Sitka where everyone can live, work and thrive.

The organizers of Safeguard Sitka’s Future are sponsoring a citizens’ initiative to give Sitka voters the opportunity to decide on an important new ordinance this fall.
